Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Foster a clean and safe work environment and participate in safety programs.
• Lead on-shift operations to meet production schedules and cost specs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement countermeasures.
• Ensure GMPs and food handling requirements are maintained.
• Staff shift positions and oversee changeovers and downtime reduction.
• Coordinate resources and teams to maintain production efficiency.
