Job summary

Kdc One is seeking a Line Leader for our Manitowoc, WI production line. You will lead, monitor, and coach the assembly team to meet quality and throughput goals while ensuring safe operations and cost efficiency.

The role requires basic math proficiency and prior assembly or leadership experience. This on-site position reports to the Production Supervisor and works in the Scented & Living Solutions division.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Assembly experience and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet performance objectives and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor assembly team to improve metrics.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Develop and maintain pre/postproduction checklists for startup, run and shutdown.
• Cross-train with palletizers to cover absences and promote SME’s.
