Job summary

Kdc One in Manitowoc, WI is seeking an Assembly worker to support the Production team on the bottle line, assisting the Line Leader to meet daily output targets safely and cost-effectively.

You will verify materials and products, maintain a clean, safe work area, follow all safety procedures, and perform line-related tasks such as loading bottles, placing caps, boxing, and responding quickly to line jams under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Some factory experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check the correct identity, quality and appearance of materials, components, supplies and products.
• Maintain established quality standards, reporting quality defects to the Line Leader.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area for safety.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Execute special assignments required by Management.
• All responsibilities detailed below.
• Put bottles on line in a specified direction and monitor for defects.
• Know where start/stop buttons are for filler and capper.
• Ensure caps and bottles are properly processed and boxed.
• Box and cup line for jam-ups and notify Line Leader as needed.
