Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing practices and 5S.
• Working knowledge of production basics.

Responsibilities

• Train associates to standardized work and monitor compliance.
• Ensure correct documentation and tools are present.
• Ensure cell start up checks and documentation are completed.
• Inspect the 1st piece to release production.
• Maintain hourly productivity rates on the line.
• Document and dispose of defects and scrap correctly.
• Pause line if abnormalities are found and clarify standardized work.
