Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of Production Supervisor to assign and instruct personnel of daily production duties.
• Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of malfunctions and safety issues.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to supervisor regarding issues that arise during daily production.
• Helps coordinate daily set-up of equipment to ensure the line runs on time.
• Complete required checks and measurements and record accurately.
• Assist in training and developing staff to ensure a quality product.
• Assist with new hire ergonomic evaluations and performance evaluations.
• Position is required to work before department start time to assist with area set-ups.
• Accountable to maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours.
