Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as required.
• Able to perform basic math and typing tasks.
• Must pass background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction of Production Supervisor to assign and instruct personnel of daily production duties.
• Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to supervisor on issues during production.
• Assist in daily equipment set-up to ensure lines run on time.
• Complete required checks and measurements and record accurately.
• Assist in training and developing staff to maintain product quality.
• Contribute to ergonomic evaluations and performance reviews as needed.
• Report for pre-shift setup and maintain timely attendance.
• Be flexible to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area in a fast-paced environment.
