Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking an experienced Line Lead to organize line workload and staffing for CVG100. You will work with the Assembly Line Supervisor to prioritize products, minimize changeovers, and ensure adherence to workmanship standards while tracking CIQ issues and resolving problems promptly.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 3 years in manufacturing, and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Formación

• 3 years minimum manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates line workload and staffing based on product priority.
• Ensures workmanship standards are met and CIQ issues are addressed promptly.
• Minimizes changeover times through organized planning.
• Maintains proper stocking and availability of supplies and equipment.
• Ensures current, accurate documentation on the line.
• Trains and mentors line personnel; provides feedback.
• Monitors production and meets deadlines and schedules.
• Supports policy and procedure compliance on the line.
