Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Line Lead to organize line workload and staffing for assembly operations at our Florence, KY locations. You will coordinate with the Assembly Line Supervisor, monitor workmanship standards, and drive continuous improvement across daily production activities.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 3+ years in manufacturing, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
At least 3 years in manufacturing environment.
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with line planning and CIQ system knowledge is a plus.
Ability to guide and support daily production activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate line workload and staffing based on product priority.
Ensure workmanship standards are met and track issues in CIQ to fix recurring problems.
Minimize changeover times through planned changeovers.
Manage materials and supplies on the floor to ensure availability.
Ensure accurate, current documentation on the line.
Inform staff of deviations or changes promptly.
Report employee concerns to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
Strive for continuous improvement in all responsibilities.
Train and certify line personnel; lead and motivate teams.
Monitor production and meet deadlines and schedules.
Review policies and ensure adherence by employees.
