Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line workload and staffing based on product priority.
• Ensure workmanship standards and CIQ system monitoring.
• Minimize changeover times with organized planning.
• Control floor material and ensure availability of supplies.
• Verify accurate, current documentation on the line.
• Inform staff of deviations or changes and escalate issues.
• Provide timely feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure training and certification for line personnel.
• Track production, meet deadlines and schedules.
• Review policies and ensure adherence by employees.
