• Ensure workmanship standards are met and CIQ system is monitored to fix issues promptly.
• Minimize changeover times through organized, planned changeovers.
• Minimize excess material on the floor and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
• Verify that accurate, current documentation is available on the line.
• Inform employees of deviations or changes and train line personnel to perform their functions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and ensure deadlines and schedules are met.
