Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 40+ person team in a fast-paced pretzel production facility in Cincinnati, OH. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring adherence to GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA standards while meeting production schedules and cost targets.

This role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and cost containment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing leadership under GMP environments, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher education or equivalent experience.
• Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment following policies and regulations.
• Lead safety initiatives and conduct root cause analyses for incidents.
• Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure production efficiency.
• Develop and monitor performance goals aligned with plant objectives.
• Manage labor budgets, training, and material costs.
• Oversee end-to-end production processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
