Tyson Foods is seeking a motivated team member for our 1ST SHIFT facility in Georgia. This role assists the Supervisor in coordinating daily department tasks and ensures instructions are conveyed accurately to the team while maintaining safety and quality.

You will monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and help uphold Tyson policies. Prior meat processing or supervisory experience is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and reliable, timely execution.

Job Details

Job Details: This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Must have prior experience in a meat processing environment.
• Must have experience in a lead, trainer, or supervisory capacity preferred. (can be formal leadership such as training peers or leading small teams).
