Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and reach overhead as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items following recipes and standards.
• Maintain stocking, organization, and presentation of the food line and sauce bar.
• Label items and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Keep walk-in cooler and storage areas clean and organized.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment per safety standards.
• Assist guests and answer questions while maintaining food safety.
• Support both BOH and FOH teammates and complete assigned tasks.
