Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking staff to prepare and stock the food line and sauce bar, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and quick service. You will label items, rotate stock using FIFO, and assist guests with questions and requests to ensure a quality dining experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and collaborative with FOH/BOH teammates. This role requires standing, lifting, and routine kitchen tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper stocking, organization, and presentation of the food line and sauce bar throughout the shift.
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards are consistently followed.
• Label food items accurately and practice proper rotation using FIFO.
• Maintain cleanliness of the walk-in cooler and storage areas.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to guests while they move through the line.
• Answer guest questions and accommodate special requests while maintaining food quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring the line is clean, stocked, and operating efficiently.
