Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a Food Line and Sauce Bar Team Member to stock, present, and maintain freshness while delivering friendly guest service. You will prep items, rotate stock using FIFO, and keep the line and cooler clean and organized.

Responsibilities include safe equipment operation, assisting guests with questions, and contributing to a smooth line operation to deliver quality products and a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (minimum age).
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per established recipes and standards.
• Maintain stock, organization, and presentation of the food line and sauce bar.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO, label items, and ensure freshness.
• Keep walk-in cooler and storage areas clean and organized.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely according to safety standards.
• Assist guests with questions and special requests while maintaining quality and safety.
• Support line efficiency and guest experience through positive interactions.
