Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally climb stairs.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain stocking, organization, and presentation of the food line and sauce bar.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Label food items and rotate using FIFO.
• Keep walk-in cooler and storage areas clean and organized.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely per company standards.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable guest assistance at the line.
• Answer guest questions and accommodate special requests while maintaining safety.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by keeping the line clean and efficient.
• Engage with guests professionally and welcome them.
• Respond to guest needs and assist as directed.
• Support BOH and FOH with line and kitchen responsibilities.
• Complete cleaning tasks and side work as directed.
