Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly Food Line Team Member to stock, prepare, and present items at the food line and sauce bar. You will engage with guests, follow recipes, manage FIFO, and keep walk-in cooler organized while maintaining safety standards.

This fast-paced role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with BOH/FOH teams to deliver a clean, efficient guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and manage stairs when needed.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per established recipes and procedures.
• Stock, organize, and present the food line and sauce bar.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Label items accurately and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Keep walk-in cooler and storage areas clean and organized.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment per safety standards.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to guests.
• Answer guest questions and accommodate special requests.
• Ensure line is clean, stocked, and operating efficiently.
• Engage with guests professionally and welcome them.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Support BOH and FOH teams with line and kitchen tasks.
• Complete cleaning tasks and side work as directed.
