Job summary

PacifiCorp is seeking a Line Working Foreman to install, maintain and repair transmission and distribution lines, overhead and underground, using line trucks and bucket lifts. The role may involve pole climbing, hot sticking, and working on live or de-energized lines when required.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, Journeyman Lineman certification or testing through IBEW Local 57, and a valid Class A CDL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completion of a formal Journeyman Lineman training program.
• Journeyman Lineman certification or testing through IBEW Local 57.
• Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair transmission and distribution lines and equipment, overhead and underground.
• Operate line trucks, aerial booms, lifts, and wire-pulling equipment.
• Train and direct a trainee in the trade where applicable.
