Job summary

Electro Switch Corp. is hiring a Water Spider to ensure material flow at the point of use and to keep operators at their stations, staging materials, tools, and resources to support TAKT-based production.

You will monitor visual cues and replenishment, align with the production schedule, and help reduce non-value-added movement. The role requires basic math, ability to read blueprints or work instructions, and familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with ERP and MS Office.
• Ability to read blueprints/work instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Point-of-Use tracking to collect, replenish, and return materials.
• Follow standard work to ensure timely material delivery per schedule.
• Maintain a 5S-compliant workspace by removing waste and organizing materials.
• Assist with staging tools and materials for changeovers and cover production during shortages.
