Interior Logic Group, Inc. seeks a Water Spider - Material Presentation to ensure materials are readily available at the point of use and presented in an organized, efficient manner within our Phoenix manufacturing facility.

You will support production by keeping material presentation areas orderly and accurate, enabling smooth workflow. You will handle materials, monitor inventory, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiar with material handling equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Organize and present materials in a visually accessible and orderly manner, ensuring easy identification and retrieval by production operators.
• Monitor material levels and coordinate replenishment with the appropriate personnel.
• Transport materials between storage areas and production lines using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyors.
• Inspect materials for damage or defects and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Collaborate within a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
