Job summary

Super Products LLC in Mukwonago, WI is seeking a Material Handler - Water Spider to keep production moving by delivering materials to workstations, managing inventory flow, and addressing shortages. The role requires forklift operation, attention to safety, and teamwork in a non-climate-controlled metal manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to become licensed.
• Lean Principles knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of pull systems and point-of-use inventory a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep assembly line(s) running by ensuring materials are supplied where and when needed.
• Transport inventory from dock to line and delivery to correct location.
• Monitor shortage boards and coordinate with purchasing/receiving to retrieve parts on schedule.
• Respond to Andon lights for shortages.
• Assist in monitoring long lead time items and off cycle counts.
• Move non-conforming parts to the NCM rack.
• Assist in lifting large items onto trucks/chassis.
• Light assembly of subs.
• Remove trash and excess pallets from area.
• Operate forklift or manually unload materials to/from pallets, racks, and shelves.
