Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is looking for Line Equipment Operators to manage production line equipment and ensure that products meet the Company’s standards prior to entering the oven.

Job Duties

• Perform routine inspection of machines and equipment, ensuring they are sanitary and in proper working condition.
• Ensure extruders, rollers, and ovens are functioning properly before start-up and throughout the shift.
• Review production schedule and ensure appropriate ingredients are staged and/or mixed.
• Notify supervisor of product or dough deficiencies and/or equipment malfunctions.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintain a clean work area free of foreign objects and materials.
• Comply with GMPs and Company standards.
• Train employees and demonstrate best practices when required.

Job Requirements

• Ability to team-lift up to 50 pounds.
• General knowledge of equipment operations.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to complete relevant Company documents.
• Ability to stand all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required.
