Job summary

P.F. Chang’s California is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs.

A Line Cook prepares food to company recipes, follows safety and sanitation standards, and maintains kitchen equipment. No prior experience is required—we train you. A Food Handler’s Card is preferred, and you will learn recipes, weights and measurements, and how to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• No prior culinary experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred or assistance to obtain it.
• Interest in cooking, attention to weights, measurements and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate prepared foods as directed by the chef
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment
• Assist with washing dishes and cleaning as needed
• Maintain high kitchen sanitation and safety standards
