Job summary

Sixty Vines in San Antonio is seeking a Line Cook responsible for preparing high-quality food items fresh from our scratch kitchen. You will interact with guests and coworkers, ensuring an excellent dining experience by maintaining a safe and clean kitchen.

The ideal candidate must read tickets, stand for long periods, lift at least 50 lbs, and possess knife skills. This position offers a flexible schedule, insurance after 60 days, and opportunities for wine country trips.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare all food products according to the prescribed methods and recipes.
• Follow and maintain outlined cook times for all prepared items.
• Maintain cleanliness of station during shift.
