Whiskey Joe's Tampa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare food according to recipes and support daily kitchen operations in our waterfront restaurant.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a grill line cook.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work with kitchen team to prepare and cook meals per recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area up to Health Department standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient service.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Present food attractively and appetizingly.
• Assist with ingredient preparation for future meals.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
• Store food properly to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Adhere to portion controls and minimize waste.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
