Job summary

Delaware North at The Sheraton Nashua in New Hampshire is seeking a Line Cook. You will prepare dishes to recipe specs, maintain safety standards, and support opening/closing duties in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of line or prep cook experience, good time management, and a commitment to food safety. This is a full-time or part-time role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a prep cook or line cook.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders.
• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Properly measure, portion, and cook all food items promptly.
• Ensure that correct food temperatures are maintained, and food is stored safely.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelines.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet.

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Line Cook to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and the chef's specifications.
