Hutton Brickyards Riverfront Hotel + Venue is hiring a Line Cook for Edgewood, our restaurant and bar. This full-time role requires open availability and will handle large volumes for events and a la carte service, reading tickets and supporting a fast-paced kitchen.

The position emphasizes safety, sanitation, strong knife skills, and teamwork on a line, with opportunities for growth in a resort focused on weddings and events.

• Ensures the completion of all BOH opening and closing procedures.
• Ensures DOH sanitation standards and food safety.

Line Cook - The Restaurant & Bar at Edgewood

Overview: Hutton Brickyard's new restaurant, Edgewood is looking for skilled cooks to join the team. We are a beautiful 1800s manor house sitting atop a rolling hill that aims to serve some of the most creative and delicious food in the Hudson Valley. Full and part-time are available, but open availability is required.

This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for events such as meetings and weddings as well as preparing items for an a la carte kitchen. They are responsible for reading food tickets, banquet event orders for specific needs of events. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination.

Responsibilities Include
