Job summary

Hutton Brickyards Riverfront Hotel + Venue's Edgewood restaurant in the Hudson River Valley is looking for skilled Line Cooks. Full- and part-time roles available; open availability required for busy event seasons. You will cook large volumes for meetings and weddings, read tickets, and ensure food safety and allergy-conscious plating.

Line Cook - The Restaurant & Bar at Edgewood

Overview

Hutton Brickyard's new restaurant, Edgewood is looking for skilled cooks to join the team. We are a beautiful 1800s manor house sitting atop a rolling hill that aims to serve some of the most creative and delicious food in the Hudson Valley. Full and part-time are available, but open availability is required.

This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for events such as meetings and weddings as well as preparing items for an a la carte kitchen. They are responsible for reading food tickets, banquet event orders for specific needs of events. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination.
