Job summary

Andaz Scottsdale is seeking an intermediate line cook to join our hotel kitchen team. Starting at $20/hour, the role emphasizes strong communication and culinary skills, with hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree preferred.

You will work at a single station under supervision, applying professional knowledge of ingredients and procedures while maintaining high standards of service and teamwork in a busy resort kitchen.

Qualifications

• Grill and saute experience required.
• 2 years of previous banquet experience in a busy restaurant preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
