Description

Tattersall in River Falls, WI is hiring immediately for a Line Cook.

A Line Cook accommodates guests' needs by preparing food according to established recipes and procedures while following all safety and sanitation guidelines. These positions work collaboratively with kitchen and restaurant staff.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • Plate prepared foods based on chef's guidance
  • Responsible for the setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
  • Uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
Qualifications
  • Food safety certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to learn restaurant menus and recipes
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs., and able to bend, reach, and twist continuously
  • Flexibility to work various shifts preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
