Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Maintains portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen procedures.
• Stocks and maintains line station supplies for smooth service.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Follows plate presentation and garnish setup for dishes.
• Handles, stores and rotates products properly.
• Assists in off-peak food prep as needed.
• Closes kitchen and follows closing checklist.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies.
