Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations and ensure a smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area and equipment.
• Close the kitchen properly and assist others in closing the kitchen; observe safety policies.
