Job description

TheLINE COOKis responsible for maintainingan efficient kitchen operation and meal service by preparing hot and cold food items as well as executingfood preparation and production that adhere to dish recipes, quality standards, and portion control all while practicing safe food handling and sanitation in accordance with the Mississippi Department of Health codes and national ServSafe® guidelines.

Ability to work in assigned station to produce quality food and provide friendly and courteous service. Adheres to item recipes and assist in food production when needed.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent and three to five years previous line cook experience required. Post secondary education or culinary program/college is a plus.
