Job summary

Warehouse BBQ LLC in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Line Cook for Scratch BBQ Kitchen. You will run your station during service, slice brisket and turkey, plate meats and sides, and help with prep. You’ll work takeout and dine-in orders, maintain a clean, fast, safe station, and pitch in on catering as we grow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook experience required.
• Safe handling of raw and cooked meats required.
• Solid knife skills and consistent portioning expected.
• Reliable and communicative on the line.

Responsibilities

• Run your station during service: slice brisket and turkey, plate meats and sides, operate fryer/flat top/charbroiler.
• Build and pack orders accurately for takeout and dine-in.
• Assist with prep: trimming, pulling, and chopping meats.
• Help with catering orders.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and food-safety compliant.
• Pitch in during rushes and assist the team as needed.
