Job summary

You will follow standardized recipes, maintain sanitation, and ensure high-quality meals for residents in a senior living environment, complying with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• Servsafe training is beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate.
• 3–4 years of related food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook foods according to recipe and production sheets.
• Operate kitchen equipment and assist with inventory.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Plate and present meals with attention to appearance.
• Support residents with dietary needs and special diets.
