Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• Training in Servsafe is beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation for the full line, including main entrees.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions for seasoning and cooking.
• Read orders and prepare food accordingly for patrons.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with inventory and enter data into production systems as needed.
• Train and guide less experienced cooks and assist in directing the team.
• Plate and present dishes with attention to appearance and garnish.
• Ensure food safety practices and allergy information are followed.
