Qualifications

• 2-3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.
• Assist in creating and implementing recipes and plating.
• Support culinary leadership with prep, production, and line mise en place.
