Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
• Must be willing to work day/night and weekend shifts.

• Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté, fry).
• Read and recreate recipes; ensure consistency in all food preparation.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization and proper storage; maintain sanitation and organization.
• Work with a world-class culinary team to create menus reflecting seasonal availability.
