Job Duties

• Using different equipment and utensils, cook, grill, and prepare various food products, including meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables, according to the Club's recipes and customers' requests.
• Perform preparation tasks such as making sandwiches, carving meats, and making soups or salads.
• Coordinate and time orders with other kitchen operations to finish food items simultaneously.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the cooking station.
• Ensure that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
• Cover, date, and neatly store all reusable leftover products and place items in coolers.
• Combine measured ingredients in bowls of mixing, blending, or cooking machinery.
• Place dough in pans, molds, or sheets and bake in production ovens or grills.
• Set time and speed controls for mixing machines, blending machines, or steam kettles so that ingredients are mixed or cooked according to instructions.
• Be able to cook, bake, and decorate savory and sweet foods in a professional kitchen environment.
• The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move 25 to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is frequently exposed to heat, steam, and fire.
• All applicants must pass drug testing and background checks, including domestic and H2B visa employees in seasonal, full‑time, and annual positions. These standards are applied to all applicants regardless of national origin, race, or gender.
• Typical shifts are 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and business level. Must be able to work all shifts. The business is open seven days per week, and weekend and holiday work will be required. Overtime may be available. On‑the‑job training is not provided.
• Travel not required. The hourly wage range is $18.24 – $23.00/hr. ($27.36 to $34.50/hr. O.T.). Employer guarantees a wage equal to or higher than the prevailing wage rate of $19.88 per hour, paid weekly. Overtime may be available and guaranteed at no less than $29.82 per hour (time and one‑half the regular rate of $19.88 per hour for hours worked over forty in a workweek). Raises and bonuses are available based on performance or length of service with the employer.
• Free employee meal provided while on duty. Employees may be provided with uniforms, as well as offered medical and vision benefits, along with the option to participate in the Company's Retirement Savings Plan 401(k). Optional shared employee housing is available for workers relocating to begin employment. If accepted, the cost of housing is $650 per month plus an additional up‑front security deposit of $300. The total cost of housing will be deducted from the paycheck on a weekly basis. The security deposit will be retained if the employee leaves their position—whether with or without notice—before the end of the contract term.
• Daily transportation to and from the worksite is provided at no charge to workers who elect to stay at the optional assisted housing only. All other employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the worksite.
• If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will pay or reimburse transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the contract or earlier dismissal, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel up to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H‑2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, processing, border crossing, and other related fees, excluding passport fees.
• Travel is not required. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three‑quarters of the workdays in each 12‑week period of the total employment period.
