Compensation Range:

$18.00 - $20.00 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, managing check-in, assisting with theater navigation, answering questions at the Concierge desk, taking and delivering orders, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while adhering to safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. They are the face of Alamo, making guests feel welcome and cared for.

OUR MISSION:

To ensure every guest and teammate has an awesome experience and is excited to return.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and oversee theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized between films
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
• Handle guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Manage lobby and seating experience, including social distancing, announcing theater seating, and guiding guests
• Keep updated on menu offerings and current films and events
• Maintain cleanliness standards for the venue and touchpoints
• Follow safety protocols to ensure health standards
• Own the overall guest experience in the theater
• Uphold company standards and values

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant or theater environment (a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active alcohol and food handler certifications as required by state
• Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times
• Position oneself discreetly in theaters
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work cautiously in a busy, noisy environment
