Belmont Village Senior Living in Dallas is hiring a Line Cook for our senior living community kitchen. You will prepare meals from scratch, follow recipes, and ensure high-quality presentation for residents and guests.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years line cook experience in scratch kitchen/fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Must be available for all shifts including early morning and evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals from scratch according to recipes and quality standards.
• Follow recipes, manage portions and ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Manage cook times while handling several orders concurrently.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold regulations and procedures.
• Keep kitchen stocked and organized; prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction.
