• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate line during lunch and dinner service in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain proper food temps and presentation per company specs.
• Open duties and closing cleaning duties.
• Coordinate with expo and management to fulfill orders.
