Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year kitchen/culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Follow sanitation protocols and proper food temps.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily prep.
• Coordinate with assembly, expo, and management.
