Job summary

Columbia Hospitality's Sage Lodge near Yellowstone National Park seeks a Line Cook to join the culinary team. Create menu magic, read recipes, conduct inventory, and ensure quality and consistency of all items.

Ideal candidates have prior cooking experience, state food handler license, and a valid driver license. Knife skills and the ability to follow instructions while adapting to guest needs are essential.

Showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and consistency of food items. A Line Cook is responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory, and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.
