Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a punctual Line Cook for Blue Mountain Resort to support a fast-paced, guest‑facing kitchen. You will prep meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables, plate dishes with garnish, and ensure portions follow recipes across outlets.

The role requires 18+ years old, reliable attendance, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You should communicate clearly in English, learn the POS system, and stay organized while supporting a clean, sanitary workstation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be available to work at least 2 days per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Timely and reliable attendance is a MUST.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with a team attitude.
• Clear English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking across outlets.
• Plate dishes with garnish and ensure proper presentation.
• Follow recipes, portioning, methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Complete prep in a timely and efficient manner per specs.
• Communicate with staff and management effectively.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and rotate stock properly.
• Ensure product quality and handle duties as assigned by kitchen manager.
