Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hospitality or restaurant food service experience.
• Basic kitchen cleanliness and knowledge of equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare various food items for hotel restaurant and catering functions.
• Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines.
• Assist with quality, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen and restaurant.
• Accommodate guests' special requests and maintain sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with Sales/Events for catering reservations and menu costs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage items.
