Qualifications

• Active Food handler's certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work varied day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Energetic, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté, fry).
• Learn to use knives and kitchen equipment.
• Reach and recreate recipes accurately.
• Maintain consistency in all food preparation.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
• Collaborate with a world-class culinary team.
• Prepare ingredients and stock workstations for service.
• Keep a sanitized, orderly kitchen environment; proper storage of items.
• Ensure quality of ingredients throughout prep and service.
