Key Biscayne Yacht Club Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on preparing à la carte dishes and private event items, in coordination with the Executive Chef and culinary staff.

You will stock stations, maintain sanitation, and present plated items to exacting standards while working closely with servers to ensure accuracy and timely service. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality food items with a focus on à la carte and private event menus.
• Prepping ingredients accurately for cooking per the Executive Chef’s standards.
• Stock station to proper par levels.
• Cook, prepare, and present items to determined standards; check freshness and garnish.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure timely, correct orders.
• Maintain sanitation standards for kitchen and equipment daily.
• Keep back-of-house areas organized and clean.
• Keep up with trends and apply knowledge for Club use.
• Follow the prep list to plan duties.
• Cultivate positive relationships with peers and vendors.
• Support enthusiasm, teamwork, and superior service across departments.
• Follow policies in the Employee Handbook and Service Manual.
