Responsibilities

• Prioritizes work to ensure immediate needs are met and accommodates member/guest requests.
• Follows standard recipes during pre-preparation and service.
• Provides own professional kitchen knives and shoes.
• Assembles all tools and utensils needed to accomplish duties.
• Assists with preparation of other kitchen areas as directed by Executive/Sous Chef.
• Uses food prep equipment per manufacturers' instructions.
• Maintains hygiene and safe handling of food.
• Keeps workstation and equipment clean and organized.
• Attends kitchen staff meetings and supports maintenance of equipment.
