Discovery Land Company’s Atlantic Fields in Hobe Sound, FL is seeking a Line Cook to join our Food and Beverage - Culinary Department. You will stock, prepare, and present menu items, following standard recipes and portion controls.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of full-service restaurant experience, knowledge of health and safety standards, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Farm-to-table experience is highly desired.

Formación

• 2 years of full-service restaurant experience as a Line Cook or relevant position preferred.
• Farm-to-table experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of F&B operational requirements.
• Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety issues.

Responsabilidades

• Stock the kitchen with raw materials and ingredients daily.
• Master all basic cooking methods and kitchen techniques.
• Prepare food items per standard recipes with portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and report hazards.
• Plate and present all food according to recipes and house-made ingredients.
